Receive Email from Other Accounts in Gmail
The instruction below are for modifying an existing non-Gmail email account:
- On your computer, open Gmail.
- In the top right, click Settings
Settings.
- Click the Accounts and Import or Accounts tab.
- In the “Check mail from other accounts” section, click edit info for the account you want to update.
- Edit mail account window will pop up.
- Username: should be full email address
- Password: @CotuitSolar2017
- POP Server: mail.cotuitsolar.com
- Port: 110
- Save Changes
Sending Email via Gmail for another non-Gmail Email Address
The instructions below are for changing an existing one:
- On your computer, open Gmail.
- In the top right, click Settings
- Click the Accounts and Import or Accounts tab.
- In the “Send mail as” section, select blue edit info link to far right of email address
- A pop-up window will appear as shown in image below, if “Treat as alias” checkbox is not selected, please do so.
Select Next Step>>, a window will appear as shown below, please fill in using the following settings:
- SMTP Server: mail.cotuitsolar.com
Username: your email address not including @cotuitsolar.com
Password: yourpassword - Select Port: 25
- Make certain Securred connection using TLS is selected
- select Save Changes
